Friday November 6th

Good Morning everyone. So last night was the "Chairs for Chair-ity" Auction benefitting the Make-A-Wish Foundation. And let me tell you it was a faaaannncy event! OMG, there were sooooo many REAL designers that I felt a little out of place. But once you walked in and took a look around at all the chairs you DEFINITELY knew which chair we designed! Ours was the bright pink blinged out one! The event ended up being so much fun. I got to meet little Cole and his family and they were so thankful to everyone for coming out and putting on this great event. Cole's dad spoke on the mic and he was so heartfelt in everything he said. Cole has a rare autoimmune disease called "Cogan's Syndrome" which affects both his eyes and ears. His wish was to have a Padres themed bedroom and he was granted his wish! The event last night raised $6000 for Cole! Cole and his family were so cute and so thankful. Moments like that really make you appreciate everything you have been given in your life and make you appreciate life in general. Today please remember that at any given time there is always someone going through something worse than you. And like AJ always says, every single person has at least one story, that if they told you, it would break your heart. So don't judge others until you've walked a day in their shoes.
