I am the Morning Show Producer of AJ in the Morning on Star 94.1! Crazy- huh?! Who would have guessed that running around in a thong for 5 years would get me to the big leagues! (Although, I still wear my thong everyday, just in case!- You never know what AJ's thinking!) LITTLE HISTORY ABOUT ME: Born and raised right here in San Diego. I went to Rancho Elementary, La Presa Jr. High, Mt.MiguelHigh School, GrossmontCollege, and finally SDSU! FUN FACTS YOU MIGHT HAVE NOT KNOWN ABOUT ME: My favorite color is brown. I like dogs versus cats. If I could have any super power, it would be the ability to move things with my mind. I love all TV shows especially reality TV. I enjoy sleeping, even though I don't get to do it a lot. You can catch me singing all the time! My favorite ice cream is cake batter with cookie dough. I wear boxers. I like the smell of vanilla. I don't like coffee, but enjoy Red bull Sugarfree! I love zip up sweatshirts and low top chuck's cause they go with everything!! If you ever challenge me to a dance off, be ready, otherwise you just might get served!!
TRAILER FOR TITANIC 2! We all know that the original Titanic sank and we all watched as Jack aka Leonardo DiCaprio told Rose aka Kate Winslet "Don't Let Go!" but I think the movie industry needs to let go of the new movie Titanic 2!

My Review of In The Heights...
Wednesday 07-28-2010 5:40am PT
Last night I saw In the Heights at the Civic Theatre and I really loved it!! The story follows a guy named Usnavi who lives in WashingtonHeights in New York and we watch as he deals with day-to-day life and how his decisions are influenced by his culture and the people that live in his neighborhood. It's a different musical than I have ever seen before because it takes hip hop music and hip hop dancing and incorporates it into a modern day story about family and keeping with your cultural traditions.
I definitely can relate being Filipino American because it reminded me a lot of how I grew up here in San Diego and the decisions that I had to make in life and at the same time having to please my family.
If you aren’t the typical theatre type person but you do enjoy hip hop music and dancing, trust me, you will really like this musical.I actually took a girl who isn’t big into musicals but in the end was crying and really took this musical to heart!
If you are still wondering if you should see it, check out the video below!
Did I hit the 100 pounds loss?
Tuesday 07-27-2010 5:12am PT
Sadly, NO!
But I figured that I wouldn't lose too much this week because I had a HUGE weight loss last week! Oh well! I sit at a comfortable 171 pounds and am still going to push for that 100 pound weight loss in the next 2 weeks, (because I'm going to Vegas this weekend and YOU KNOW that I won't lose any pounds this weekend!)
That's what weight loss is all about; you have your highs and lows! What matters is what you do with that information. Do you let it discourage you or do you allow it to motivate you to do better next time? For me, I am going to continue to lose the weight and and more motivated to hit 100 pounds soon!!
